“The Trust, Love and Joy audios arrived at the perfect time for me. I immediately downloaded and started listening. Within the hour, I felt completely different and was dancing around the house as I was doing my chores; I realized I was doing aerobic dance moves I learned in college many decades ago. My overall feeling had changed from a vague feeling of impending doom to "The Universe has this!" The feeling of doom was gone. I felt, “We are all going to arrive at the same home. “I’m not an emotional dumpster anymore!”

“As I began to listen to the Trust, Love and Joy audios I noticed pulsations and feelings of twisting and turning. It felt like energy was pushing forcefully to every muscle and bone of my body; waves of energy moved up, starting from my tailbone all the way to my crown area. The longer I listened the stronger the feelings became. When I got to the I Move from Grief to Joy audio I noticed that my feet had started tingling. By the end of listening my whole body was tingling and pulsating throughout strongly...

After listening to all the audios for the first time from start to finish, in the shower, I had a picture of me as a child in my mother's womb and feeling her anxiety of the need to be loved. It felt like my responsibility was to take on all the anger and burdens she was feeling and when I was born I became my family’s emotional dumpster.

The Trust, Love and Joy audios are helping me let go of the fear of trusting love. As a child, I learned to believe family are the only ones you can trust. And so, because of my experiences, I have never been able to trust love because what was coming from my family was use and abuse, so how could I be happy and joyful? That awareness came so strongly in that moment, that I was able to let go and be free.

They are also helping me let go of feeling anger at love, not trusting love, not feeling safe to receive love, and the feeling that love is draining the life out of me.

Soon after starting to listen to the Trust, Love, and Joy audios I was bitten multiple times on the elbow by either mosquitoes or fleas. The area became very red and raw, the worst I can remember from having insects bites. I know this is because listening to the audios has also been bringing up a lot of anger, resistance, irritation - and all the things that bother me around Love and Trusting, which means I can now go in and clear these patterns more deeply."

“I have had more hope in the last 24 hours than I have had in 18 years.”

“Immediately listening to your recordings I began to feel sensations in my stomach, heat /flushing, my nagging cough loosened, the one ton weight upon my brain began lifting. I was astounded. I felt the heavy veil of overwhelm was being lifted off of me. (Oddly enough while listening to the "I deepen my love" a man who I recently met me called!)

For the first time in I don't know how long I felt pulled forward towards life. I found myself thinking 'forward' and getting in motion to simply get up and move about in the house. I had this renewed feeling that is simply so hard to put into words. It was an 'opening'. I found myself yawning and taking deep breaths while listening to the recordings.

I woke up today knowing that I had slept more soundly and although not a lot of hours I still had the feeling of 'space' in my head. My thoughts were clearer and although a few of my troubling matters came to mind I didn't get as triggered. I caught myself and chose to refocus.

I'm not going to say that I feel 100% but this energy opening and shift has been profound and I am open and willing to even think of accepting an invitation to a small gathering later today. I have had more hope in the last 24 hours than I have had in 18 years. I know this because I haven't been "making" this happen or 'pushing through' and 'believing' and 'hoping' the hard work would 'pay off'. I’ve just showed up.

I am excited to see what my next week of work looks like. I am curious to see how I deal with some challenges this coming week (matters that usually would create massive distress mentally for me). What a difference to be 'curious' vs. dreading having to deal with the unresolved issues of my life that I have to take action on. Thank you Cristina!"
