Perhaps I could tell you about a healing I did for my husband (a total skeptic) after attending your basic workshop. He hurt his back at work and was in a lot of pain for days, he asked if I could ‘work my magic’ for him so I said I would see what I could do. After a few minutes of healing on the area concerned he felt an intense pain and heat and thought I was touching him (which I was not), the pain and heat subsided after about 5-10 minutes of healing and the next morning his bad back had gone! I have since done a similar thing with a bad knee that he was experiencing. He is now a convert!”

From Skepticism to Relief and Renewal

“My 14 year old niece had been seeing a chiropractor for a year to help her open her jaw. The theory was that she was clenching her jaw during her sleep – the result was she could hardly open her mouth without pain on one side of her jaw. Her chiropractor had asked her to try and fit two fingers vertically between her teeth – and she could just about manage that with some working at it.

I held both hands in the tripod position around the TMJ on both sides of her jaw for about 5 minutes. Her discomfort went from 6 to 3 in that time.

I then held her head for a few minutes and then held my thumbs on the occipital ridge for a couple of minutes. She could then open her mouth wide, with a score of 1 – and could fit all four fingers vertically between her top and bottom teeth. By the morning she said her discomfort was zero – and she had full movement in her jaw. That was at Christmas – and everything still fine!

Last Sunday I visited a friend of mine who was off sick with a lengthy asthma attack, she was using a nebuliser several times a day. I offered to do some QT with her. Her score of discomfort was 6-7, with a tight, heavy chest and she was unable to take a deep breath. She lay down and I placed one had under her chest and the other on top of her chest. After about 15 minutes she was taking quite deep breaths and was sensing a great deal of heat where my hands were. The pain and tightness in her chest was lifting.

After a further 10 minutes or so I moved my hands to each side of her ribs and she said she wasn’t sure why I had done that but soon felt much better.

The pain in her chest had gone and she could take deep breaths. She mentioned then that she had constant tightness in her head, so I moved there and she rested her head on my hands for about 15 minutes until she felt any pain gone. She felt a little light headed as her body was now getting so much more oxygen! Pain level – zero!

The following day she saw her doctor who said her blood and “vitals” were much better than three days before. She is still not fully recovered, but still feeling much better.

During our training session Karina asked if there was anyone we wanted to do some distant healing with. I asked for a friend of mine who was going through a very difficult time and was very desperate about events in his life. Four of us focused on sending a bliss bubble to help him. Later that week he told me that he had had two very down days, but at lunchtime on the day we sent the bubble he had suddenly felt much better, the following morning waking early full of energy and tackled some tasks. I met him a couple of days later and he was still feeling more positive. I also did a little bit of healing on his knees while we chatted. He has had painful knees for some years, the doctors say he needs new knees which they won’t too as he is too young. While running the energy he said his knees got very warm and any pain disappeared. Six weeks on, the knees are still good.
