“90% pain relief after 20 years!”

“As a result of the Beta Test I have had positive shifts in my general, emotional and physical well-being and my overall pain level has decreased significantly.

I'm not pain free but it is 90% better after 20 years of living in pain. I have not taken my anti-inflammatory medications for the last 2 months. 

My main issue at the start of the Beta test was: Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) (inflammation in my joints and my body) The shifts have been huge on my overall pain. The pain should have increased when I stopped my main medication and it did increase but only for a couple of weeks and then it started to shift again becoming lower. When I get tired after working hard I can still get pain after this but it subsides within 2 hours.

I was in an emotional turmoil due to stress and workload but as time progressed I found that the shifts lasted for longer and longer time. I have gained more calmness and I also find myself remembering to do good things for myself. I have more focus on my well-being and now feel relaxation more often. I know I have to maintain the good routines I have gained just because my work situation continues to be stressful for several months more. I'm so thankful for all the pain relief and the mood shifts too."
