“Calcium levels dropped to normal, toothache Gone! And I am a calmer person.”

“For over 8 months I was experiencing severe pain in my right elbow and in my left shoulder and upper arm. The shoulder pain was dull yet strong that made it very difficult to sleep especially since I tend to sleep on my side. I would awaken several times through the night in agony and would have to sleep on my back with my arms straight at my sides from elbow pain. I was miserable. There was no reason given for what caused my pains except that I was suffering from “connective tissue disorder”. Doctors only suggested steroids which I refused.

I started listening to the mp3s for bones and also for teeth and after about 2 weeks, I noticed that my pain was so much better that I even started gardening (which I hadn’t done in years). Little by little my garden grew and after another 2 weeks (4 total), it occurred to me one day that I was no longer in pain AT ALL. I had forgotten all about it! I couldn’t believe it.

Aside from that, I had to get blood work done since my doctor was concerned that my calcium levels were too high and could be indicating osteoporosis. Over the past 2 years, my calcium levels had been around 10.2 to 10.4 which is out of range high. The latest blood test showed my calcium level was now 9.4 ,perfectly normal!

All this time too a toothache that had been bothering mesuddenly stopped and I forgot all about that as well.

“I had some crowns put in and I was so traumatised. I had trouble with drinking water and couldn’t open my mouth correctly so the water would come out of the sides of my mouth and I could only drink from a straw for several weeks

Jo worked on my mouth and the next day I was able to drink without a straw. I also had a hard time eating and was limited to the food I could eat. After Jo helped me I was able to eat all foods. My cheeks also looked swollen and that went away with her help.

The MP3s have helped me a lot. My gums would bleed a lot after brushing my teeth. Now they no longer bleed. I’m so happy they stopped bleeding. When I had my crowns put in the Dentist said she couldn’t finish the procedure because of the excessive bleeding. “Can make a fist after birth Trauma was removed”

“I tend to hold a lot of tension in my body and rarely relax mostly due to having stiff painful joints and don't always realise how wound up I am. Jo picked up on this during a session with her. She said I was holding on too tight and said my sub conscious was trying to keep me safe, so much so that it was immobalizing me. My left hand is a little disfigured with rheumatoid arthritis. My middle finger wouldn't bend as the knuckle joints were red, raw and calcified. She cleared a birth trauma

Prior to this I couldn't make a fist of my left hand when she asked me to do so, but following this clearing my middle finger bent and I was able to form a fist. it was that instant! After my session, I remembered my mother telling me that there were many babies born on the same night so they called in medical students to deal with some of the births. “Overgrowth infection killed and pain gone”

“My mum is 98 and just after last Christmas she caught the flu and was admitted to hospital for 10 days because she had low oxygen levels and a chest infection. When she returned home she was very weak and right up to only a few weeks ago had lost her appetite and was only eating light easy foods in tiny amounts.

She was given bio-strath which is a great pick me up but despite that she wasn't really rallying and then she complained of face, ear and head pain and was taking paracetamol every 4 hours. We weren't sure if it was her tooth.

The day my sister was due to take her to the Dentist to check she wasn't well enough to get out of bed and out of desperation my sister phoned me and said she was at a loss to know what was happening and didn't know which way to turn, could I speak to Jo as I was due my appointment with her that evening.

I asked Jo to help my mum first, before I could even finish explaining to jo, she immediately said your mums got a tooth infection but she has had this infection in her body for months, she then said she has killed the over growth but to see the dentist soon.

I spoke to my sister the next morning and relayed what Jo had said, to which my sister handed the phone to my mum who spoke and said she woke up with no pain and felt energy for the first time in months!

The dentist insisted mum had 1 week of antibiotics which she took after Jo's help and a week later the dentist checked and x-rayed the tooth, he said there was nothing wrong with the tooth. Mum is now eating again, her appetite returned and my sister said to me, I've got my mum back!

“I feel it in my bones”

“1) Please describe what your pain/symptoms / issues were that prompted you to work with a healer.

I realized I could hardly walk after switching to working from home during COVID and after wearing high heels everyday for over 40 years. I tried high heels one day going to see my tax preparer and I wobbled under my knees and felt like my knees were being unscrewed like you unscrew a champagne cork I was devastated.

A five lb weight had fallen on my right foot while exercising as well I decided to tell my doctor who referred me to my physiotherapist and chiropractor. The discovery was devastating. My toes were practically dead, there was a bunion, I had no balance, and felt that I was toppling over when I stood. My vision was affected by this as well and they thought a concussion protocol would help. Since there was no change the doctor ordered an ultrasound and ex-rays and the damage in my foot was severe which included ligament cartilage and nerve damage under my foot bottom with a hairline fracture where the weight fell. The webbing between my toes was so dead I was pretty much tumbling over as my foot was doing it's own thing.

Ok so I did all the exercises, and the bunion was reduced. I still had not improved, nothing was working the Drs said not to jump on my trampoline nor walk and it would be over a year before I would improve. I did not want that.

So that had gone on for about five months and had become exhausted. I had listened to Jo on Heartache to Joy and others and fell in love. So when she brought the Divine Fascia program I decided to purchase the package

2) How long have you been suffering from this issue?

It was about five to six months

3) How did the healer help you in resolving the abovementioned issues?

Please describe in detail. Example by straightening my body out. Jo helped me realize my situation was much deeper. She helped me unmask so many issues, there was so much release. She gave me exercises and pinpointed where the physical manifestation of my pain was.

Within a day I felt some relief I could move my foot and did not feel like I had a drop foot, the cracks in my neck and spine started to diminish. My body felt happier and movement became freer. behind my knees had also become stabler

When I went to see my caregivers they were shocked. I told them about my sessions with Jo and they were impressed and began doing more work in those areas.

4) Were there any other results that you've experienced that you were not expecting but were an added bonus?

5) How long did it take you to experience the results? (If you need more time... you can answer this at a later time) It took about a month to realize the benefits as I was able to travel and wear two-and-a-half-inch heels to functions. It is getting better and better every day and I know what to do so I follow her protocol and hardly see my Physiotherapist or chiropractor.

I will be doing more ultrasounds in September as the dr wants to measure my progress which they are also impressed with.

6) Would you recommend healer's work to other people wholeheartedly?

Example: yes I would and have as its very calming and relaxing. Oh God yes.!! Jo is that consummate healer. She feels like family. Such empathy love and non judgment. “I first purchased Jo's program called Quick Fix Miracle, and it included a private session. I had issues with my heart, and shortness of breath, that remained long after covid (six months). “At the beginning of March, I received a diagnosis of multiple myeloma which had caused several lesions to form in my spine. “I was diagnosed with Progressive Multiple Sclerosis in 2016, I first presented with optical neuritis in 1996. “Doctor Was Lost for Words, Basically Said That I Was Nothing Short of a Miracle!”

“I suffered with repeated infections in my bladder which were treated with antibiotics which didn't work, and I ended up having a nephrectomy in 2000.Everything was fine until 2013 when the infections returned. I had a Urodynamics test which showed that residue was building up continuously and causing these recurrences.

In 2015, I was told that I had to catheterize twice daily, and this would be for the rest of my life in order to keep my bladder healthy. If this didn't work the next stage for me would be kidney dialysis.

In 2018, after three years having to catheterize twice daily, to my horror the infections came back with a vengeance, and I had to increase the frequency to three times daily. “My Life Has Transformed and I Am Enjoying Being My 'True Self”

“I was reaching the end of my 5th decade and aging very fast. I had Rheumatoid Arthritis in my hands, poor deteriorating eyesight and terrified that I was going blind like my mother. My body was very frail, I could barely walk, and was more or less confined to my apartment. Suffice it to say I was in a very bad place at the time so was very much drawn to this healer and her Divine Soma package. Having invested in numerous packages in the past years with no results and in debt, I was skeptical, but went with my gut instinct. It paid off!

Growing up I was a sickly child with a trail of ailments, I even went into a coma after the removal of my appendix. I was neglected a lot and soon learnt that if I was ill, I would get attention and my mother would spend a lot of time caressing me and fussing over me. “Working with Jo has been a tremendous blessing! I purchased Jo's Leaky Gut program for my son about 1 year ago. He has Type 1 diabetes and gut issues. He was not able to attend because his schedule did not match up with the group calls. I took his place for the calls, but he did the personal session with Jo. He was angry about all the things COVID-19 took away from him. He lashed out at Jo with all of his frustrations, even swearing at times. I was shocked, a little embarrassed. “I requested treatment from Jo as I was in constant pain in my hamstrings and could barely walk. I was on countless pain killers that didn't work, and doctors said they couldn't do anything to alleviate my pains. Since October 2021 to the present day, I had eleven falls. A fall about 6 weeks ago caused my left wrist to fracture which is still painful. Generally, my hands are weak, and I often drop things. I also have shoulder pain and difficulty lifting my right arm.

I was diagnosed with Cervical C5/6 and C6/7 and lumbar L5/SI spondylosis. I've also had repeated TIA's as a result of extractions of most of my upper teeth 3 years ago which made my jowls sag and also affected my memory.

“Within Two Months My Cancer Was Gone”

“In July 2021 I was diagnosed with breast cancer in both breasts having found a tumor in my right breast. Further tests showed I had widespread DCIS in the left breast, and it was recommended that I have a double mastectomy immediately. I am very slight and there was no chance of reconstruction and my skin is too thin for the surgery to be successful. I had the operation at the beginning of Sept 2021, a week after my 60th birthday.
