Downloading an MP3 File to a PC
To download an MP3 file to your PC, right-click on the "Download" button of the MP3 file and select "Save Target As" if you are using Internet Explorer or "Save Link As" if you are using Firefox. Next, navigate to the directory where you want the file to be saved. Once the download is complete, you can open the file to play it or transfer it to your MP3 player.

You will have all the tools, resources, and support you need, but you still need to accept that, if you truly want to be a Sovereign Soul, it is your personal responsibility to practice the energy processes and use the tools daily, and to bring questions to the group or to Susan when they arise.

Each session will release significant amounts of old, stuck energies in a very short amount of time, so it’s important that you eat well, stay hydrated, get outside and move your body (to literally move the energies!), and rest when necessary.

Subtle energies move faster than light, so energy shifts can happen immediately.
