“I have been fighting with my weight my whole life. When I was younger, I could lose weight but would always gain it back plus some. Now that I am in my 40s, it is impossible to get the weight off and each year more seems to pile on. I eat healthy and exercise, but the cravings can be horrible sometimes. I wanted to be a part of this beta group because I have just started using energy healing and do find it helps with another issue, so I wanted to try it for my weight issue.

I was finally able to stick to 18:6 intermittent fasting without hunger pangs or cravings ruining my efforts. I have tried intermittent fasting many times but have never been able to stick to it. This time I felt calm and it felt completely natural. I kept to my regular workout of walking/jogging 5 miles 4-5 times a week.

After the first week, I asked the energies to focus on my upper arms since I am going on a cruise and wanted to feel comfortable in sleeveless tops. I lost almost an inch off both my upper arms and 1/2 inch off my belly.

Feeling full faster and cravings vanished! I felt like my arms looked better after about two weeks, but was unaware that I had lost an inch until today (day 30).

“I lost 3 pounds and stopped craving sweets the first week!”

“The only thing I consciously changed was drinking the lemon water first thing in the morning. I ate as I had been...candy/sugar when I felt/craved it.

By the end of the first week I was not craving the sweets. I ate them (habit) but they left a bad taste in my mouth. I would walk down the candy aisle in the grocery store but leave without picking anything up since nothing would appeal to me. I was also down 3 pounds.

By the end of the 3rd week I wasn't craving sweets at all. I was craving and eating foods that were much better and healthier for me (read fruits and veggies). I only ate sweets with a meal, not all day long!
