“Emotional Release, Haven’t wanted sugar, Food easier to Digest”

“The first thing I noticed after listening to the mp3s was the huge emotional release. I didn’t realize how many stored emotions I held within my digestive system. I also peed a lot more in the beginning and my pee looked more yellow. I don’t know if this was due to detox or dehydration. I think I drank more water than usual to make up for how much I peed.

I haven’t eaten much sugar since listening to the mp3 and haven’t really felt like eating it either.

I also noticed that listening to the digestive mp3 makes it feel like food is easier to digest.

I don’t have the full feeling after eating that I often have.
If I have felt full, it has been easier to just burp it out.

All in all, it feels like the food moves easier through my digestive system with listening to the mp3. And when I didn’t manage to listen to it right away after eating, I started noticing a pinching feeling somewhere in the stomach area like something wasn’t being processed right. It could also be connected to any emotional stuff I was trying process.

I have noticed a positive change especially in my relationship with my husband. I have also had twitching in my upper lip, probably connected to something being released.

After playing Virginia's MP3 my tachycardia would quickly subside!

“I have been working with Virginia for some time. First with her thyroid program which worked wonders and I was able to lower my thyroid medication in a very short period of time.

Most recently I have been seeking help for issues with tachycardia. I had an ablation that did some good but not enough. I am convinced the problem stems from my vagus nerve, not the heart directly.

I feel something in my gut triggers the vagus nerve to set off a very rapid heart beat. In my session with Virginia, she corroborated this feeling, did some clearing on both my digestive system and the vagus nerve and instructed me to listen to the short digestive mp3 after lunch and dinner every day.

I did that, and it helped somewhat, but I found that what really helped was if I was having a period of tachycardia, I would play the mp3 and very quickly it would subside. I know it took a long way for my body to create the groves that cause the tachycardia, and in that, it may take a bit of time to fully improve my vagus nerve and digestive system, but for the first time I am really hopeful that something is really targeting the cause and not just the symptoms. “Life Ruined by Faecal Incontinence - Now Normal!”

“I have had gut problems since March and previously a long string of autoimmune issues I had repeatedly put this down “to a bug”. I thought it would go away easily. I have been waiting for a gastric colonoscopy since June but there is still plenty more on the waiting list .

Fecal Incontinence got so problematic and unpredictable to be an avalanche like water : or equivalent to a very large cow pat with intermittent oozing without adequate warning because of my pre-existing nerve damage .( L4 L5 C3C4)

When I went to the toilet 80% all of the time I had faucet strength urine as well. It felt like I was running on empty and dwindling leg strength and frequent falls with only extra iron injections for anaemia to keep me alive.

I felt hopeless helpless endless routines of washing, showering rubber gloves cloths extra saved ends of toilet rolls extra toilet brush in the car cleaning up buying pads. Looking in the mirror when I wash my hands seeing my sunken eyes and breastbone from losing so much weight that I look like I have starved myself.

My skin has turned dry and blotchy from lack of nutrients or peripheral nerve damage My specialist just referred to it as a “continence problem “Nothing he can do until he sees the results of the gastro test.

“Update: I definitely feel better in my body-it feels 'cooler', more relaxed and 'soothed'. I have found myself much more 'tuned in' to when I genuinely need to eat and when to stop so I am not bingeing as I used to.

I am being drawn to healing foods which help the digestive organs and enjoying a much healthier eating pattern. I was also at a party where everyone was drinking alcohol and I felt no urge to drink with them but was very comfortable and relaxed drinking soft drinks instead.'
