Q. Do I need to do anything in this program?
You don’t need to do anything to get the benefits of this healing.
If you wish to enhance the effects of the healing, it would be good to play the music tracks as often as possible. Even while sleeping. You can put the track on zero volume and on loop – and it will work.
Even more enhancement will come from using the acupressure points.
The greatest benefit will come from using both the music tracks and the acupressure points together with slow, deep breathing.
This will all be multiplied manifold by participating in the group sessions and/or listening to the recording.

Q. Will the music tracks work for disorders other than the ones specified in the program?
